I have used this service several times and have always been pleased with it. On this occasion, the technician actually arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment after contacting me to make sure it was OK. Caleb was a very personable young man who knew his work and performed it well. He even moved a piece of furniture that I had been unable to relocate. The carpets were well cleaned and available for use the next day. I would not hesitate to call on them Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones again.
