Having a few repair pieces in his van would have given joe the ability to fix his hose issue and allowed him to finish his job in 1 day
When contacting chem dry by Kevin jones, I was able to schedule my appt at a day and time that worked best with MY schedule. Joe the tech was friendly and accommodating with all my concerns and wishes. Due to a unexpected hose malfunction, joe returned on another day to finish and do any touch ups. I felt comfortable with joe in my home, whether I would have been there or not. I would definitely recommend Joe's pleasant demeaner and hard working service to my friends.
