Your company charged more than twice as much as many other services, but I chose you because I felt you would do a really good job. I was very wrong!
First of all, when I called to schedule an appointment, I was given a price for the seven rooms, hallway and stairs, but nothing was mentioned about the $112.00 chemical fee or the $10.00 truck charge. This is not an acceptable practice. Because I had spent two days moving furniture, cleaning and dusting everything from ceiling to floor, I decided to go forward with your service, even though I was not happy to learn that it was going to cost me an extra $122.00!!!
When the work was done, the soil from one area just seemed to be spread around to other areas that had been perfectly clean. (EX. where the plastic had been under the desk chair was now soiled!) The day after the cleaning, I spot cleaned small areas in the dining room and was able to remove the spots easily. It wasn't that my carpets were difficult to clean or in poor condition, the machine or the operater didn't do a good job.
