Great service, carpet came out clean but still urine smell
The tech that was out was great. He was very polite and had great attn to detail. I still have an area (not a stain) where I can tell there is still a urine smell. Previously I had sprayed the area with Natures Miracle. Last night I dumped about a half gallon directly onto the carpet. Hopefully that will help but if not, what would it cost to do a PURT treatment on an area about 16in in diameter? Please email me at seekingsummits@comcast.net with a quote so I can plan if need be.
