Very professional.
Service tech was very professional. Came in and did his job. Only comment on paperwork - did not do the exit questions or note time completed.
Appreciated he did not try to oversell any extras.
Only negative - said carpets would be dry in 2-3 hours, but they were not. Then I just turned up heat and eventually they dried.All OK.
