Joe is the best chem dry rep a customer could ask for. He went above and beyond his job to make sure my carpet was clean. Joe also communicated with me frequently and in a friendly matter. It is very hard to find good reps like Joe in today's job market. Everyone is either angry or has some kind of diversity issue. I am pleased and you guys most definitely need to market yourself a little more noticeable. Stanley Steamer is the pits and need to be banned from cleaning carpet.

The receptionist Nicole is also an awesome person to speak with and very friendly. She finds the best prices and packages that will work for your needs. Nicole is also patient and friendly over the phone when it comes to ongoing changes and rescheduling for having your carpets clean.
