everything was great...except the final bill was much more than expected
I have used Chem-dry several times at my former home, so I called them to clean the carpet in my new home. the service and results are amazing, but the things added to the bill, such as a truck charge and something called k-something really racked up the bill. Stainguard was never $49 before...what an unpleasant surprise.
