Not happy

The technician was great...did a good job.
However, I was extremely dissapointed that the price increased so much for the urine removal that I could not even do it. Therefore clean, but still smells. Our area is so tiny, I was shocked by the price of your service. Sorry to say that I could never afford to use you again.

Ms Jackson yes it does take a different process to solve you odor problem,normal cleaning will not do so. The process we use, for many years, does work very well. Unfortunately there is cost to it, but if you look at cost or replacing carpet, pad and labor your find normally we are the best choose to take.
