Our technician, Joe, was GREAT. It was below freezing the entire day so I know it was an incredibly crummy day to have to do this line of work having to zip inside and outside several times.
He spent extra time on problematic spots due to high traffic and pet stains and our carpet looks great.
I also REALLY appreciate not having the hard-sell that I've been given with other companies.
