Inadequate Quality of Cleaning
After cleaning, my carpets were streaked and not touched in some areas and overall disappointing. The technician was resistant and the office customer service was also resistant and defensive to my concerns. I paid good money and got poor service. I will never use ChemDry again nor recommend their service to anyone.
