Recently had Chen-Dry clean 4 rooms and my hall/stairs. Most everything looks great and the service person even helped me move a piece of furniture he didn’t have to. However, the living room was only half done. It seems like he moved the couch to clean under it (great!) but then never cleaned under the spot he moved it to(not great). I cleaned this carpet with my own carpet cleaner yesterday and the water came out extremely dirty. I wouldn’t have bothered using a service if I thought I would have to clean the carpets again. Really liked the service person and this could be an honest mistake. I guess I just needed to watch what he was doing in each room to make sure everything was done.
