I have tried many carpet cleaning services over the years who offer "good deals" on carpet cleaning. And, honestly, the carpets look good, but not for long. I had my carpets cleaned by a company via a Groupon and while the price was good, within a few weeks, the carpets went right back to their original dirty looking appearance. When Chem Dry came out, they took care of all of the pet stains we had, right down to the supporting pad. Looks great, with no evidence of leftover circles of pet stains. (We have 3 cats and previous little dog who I was not able to house train). Yes, they were a little bit more expensive, but the results are absolutely gorgeous. More than happy with the results. I'm sorry I don't recall the employee's name (old brain) but he was courteous, professional and worked very hard to make my carpets look brand new, and they are at least 14 years old.
