The reason the service is rated so low is not due to the results of the cleaning, but because I was told my coupon that I received in the mail from you was not allowed and when I called to inquire I was to receive a call back as to why not once the invoice was billed. I received a return message that stated someone would call on Saturday or Monday and I STILL have not had that call. Very poor customer service.
