Joe was my technican, very nice and professional man. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning was poor. Simple stains are still on the carpet. Only two adults live in our home, no pets, and we rarely use the carpeted areas of our home. The price of $316 was unexpected since I had a 5 room coupon for $169, and I did not request furniture to be moved. Upon inspection, Joe has forgotten several areas (i.e. behind doors, entry to closet, under tables and desk).
