Kent was honest and explained the whole process and the extras that I might be interested in. Once the paperwork was done he went right to work. It took about an hour to clean and rake my carpet. He wore protective coverings on his feet and talked to me about cleaning stubborn spots until they run with clear liquid. My carpet looks brand new! Thank you for such great work!
