Joe did a great job cleaning our carpet!!

Joe did a great job on our carpet. My husband was a little upset he didn't clean under the area rug. Joe asked me what I wanted: clean or not the area rug in our TV room. Joe cleaned it but did not clean underneath. I am very happy with the job Joe did.

In order to clean the carpet under an area rug, the area rug would have to be removed from that location. This is to let the carpet fully dry. Joe explained this when discussing the cleaning with you. I'm glad you are happy with your cleaning and hope this helps explain things to your husband!
