On 6/12/14, my carpets were cleaned. The Service Technician, Kent, called me on arrival, and we discussed the treatments and price. Kent was cleaning for over 2 hours (per my mother, home watching my kiddos), and we BOTH agreed this is the best carpet cleaning I have ever received.
