The man who cleaned our carpets was very professional and helpful. He went beyond what he needed to do to get the job done. We were not happy with the surprise costs associated with the cleaning. We were given a quote on the phone that was misleading. We didn't realize that the additional rooms and cleaning exras would be so expensive.

I'm glad that your cleaning was professional and your tech went out of his way as we do with all of our customers. You were given the three packages we offer and you wanted to go with the Healthy home package which is our most expensive package. It gives you the Clean, Protect and Santi of your home. Due to the size of your home the cost was more than what our average job normally is.
