Good job--just hard to get them there during the flood time .

My scheduled carpet cleaning was re-scheduled at the company's request due to the emergency flood situations they had to take care of. The person who called to re-schedule me was not very willing to provide an additional discount for the inconvenience and the worker left dirty water on my kitchen floor lanoleum (room next to the cleaned area).

Thanks for working with us on a time that a lot of home owners need some emergency work done in there home due to the heavy rains that we had over the weekend period. I'm sure they would have done the same if you need to have you flooded basement handled right way. I have spoke to you tech he is to clean up around the areas we cleaned he said he did but must have missed the area you were talking about, I'm sorry for that I believe we called you and ask if we could come back to take care of that for you. Again thanks for working with us in the time of need of others.
