there was a lot of liquid rings all over my wood floors from the equipment

The cleaning was good but I was very unhappy with the marks left all over my wood floors.

I'm sorry for that I believe we called you to see if we could come out to take care of that for you. I have spoke to your tech about that and we are to clean up all around the area we clean for you and leave it better than when we got there. Again I'm sorry the your experience was not up to our standards.
