Great service, friendly, and carpets looked great!
Scheduling was easy; technician was prompt, friendly, and very helpful; cleaning was done fairly quickly, and afterwards, carpets looked like new
Only negative thing I have to say is the price of extras (i.e. scotch guard, PURT- pet urine removal treatment, etc.)
