From the time I made the initial call, to the time Kent left my home, everything was handled in a professional, caring manner. This is clearly a company where everyone understands the importance of building a relationship with the customer, as well as following through on the promise of quality service. Kent arrived a half-hour earlier than the earliest guaranteed time, but only after I received a call from the office asking if it was acceptable for him to arrive early.
