The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. He explained the process and went to work. He took extra time and effort to make sure the carpets were clean (and they were pretty dirty). He cleaned up after the process and made sure that I was satisfied with the results. I will definitely recommend Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones.
