I had been using Chem-Dry services in northern Indiana to clean our off white carpet for 7 years. They always did an excellent job at a reasonable cost. When we relocated to central Indiana, I chose Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones to clean the carpet in our new home. The home was empty so easily accessable. I was shocked at what I was charged and the carpet didn't look any different than a week earlier when I had thoroughly cleaned walls, cabinets, ect. Once relocated to the new home with the old home now being vacant, I hired my usual Chem-Dry guy to come out and clean the carpet. 400 more sq. ft. of carpet at the old home, off white carpet compared to brown carpet, stairs at both homes, complete stain fighter at old home (only spot stain fighter at new home), sanitizer at both homes...and Chem Dry by Kevin Jones charged me $81.39 more. Rediculous and not impressed. I didn't get what I paid for using ChemDry by Kevin Jones. Looks like I will be finding someone else to clean our carpets at our new location.
