Overall, we are satisfied with the cleaning of our couch. The technician was professional, personable and did a good job with the service. Two things we were disappointed about were:
1.When I called and told them I needed a sectional cleaned, the Chem-Dry representative said it would cost $149. When the technician arrived he said sectionals are actually $20 a linear foot. The cost ended up being $300.
2. Our wood floors were absolutely disgusting after the couch was cleaned. They required quite a bit of heavy duty cleaning after our service was completed.
