The company came when they said they would, did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets and left in a reasonable amount of time. My carpets were lightly stained and had wear marks. All of those were removed. My only comment is that I was told that I should stay off of it for three hours. I stayed off for 7 hours and when I walked off of the carpeting, my feet were slick on the adjoining tiles. So, we opted to stop moving anything back into the room until the next day at which time the carpeting was completely dry. I think it took a while for the protectant to dry after it was applied. But, all things considered, it was still great!
