The coupon I had was a good value, but after the tech got there, there were a lot of add ons. Although almost my entire room was covered by a rug, there was separate pricing for the rug and the carpet. Also, after I paid and filled out a rating while the tech was standing there, he told me his machine wasn't working properly and be sure to call if I had any problems.
