the carpet was/is stiff after being cleaned. I feel that all of the cleaner/soap was not removed. lThe carpet looks dirtier than before it was cleaned.

We attempted to contact this customer to come and take a look at the carpets but never received any communication back. We have no problems fixing carpets that we cleaned or attempting to re-do the job.
