We had a coupon for $169.00 off and a 25 discount on 2 chairs. You charged us over $300.00 including the coupon. I feel like this was over-charge. you did a good job, but we will not be recommending you to any of our friends because of the price you charged us.. This price was for 3 rooms and a hall and 2 chairs.

The basic cleaning for this job came to a total of $171.25. This is for 3 rooms, 1 hallway and 2 sitting chairs. This does not include any extras that are offered by our technicians. Extras include the pre-sprays, protectants and sanitizers. This particular invoice had $102 of protectant added along with $30 of pre-sprays. These are extras, these are not required. We do, however, require our technicians to offer our customers the best carpet protection they can get and the cleanest carpet. When these options are presented to a customer, it is not mandatory that they add these extras. It is completely up to the customer.
