Contacted same day service & was granted a 4pm time slot which gave me enough time to get home & not take time off @ work. Tech was prompt, polite, professional. Expressed unsatisfactory customer service with another vendor I have used for 3yrs & they did a no show no call! Chem Dry was very empathetic & happy to gain a loyal new customer!
