Not only did the service technician arrive on time, he actually called to see if I might want him to come earlier and was able to work around my schedule to do so. He was very conscientious about the work, making sure to pay special attention to problem areas. I was concerned that some bad spots in the bedroom carpet were permanent, but he was able to remove those. My only negative is that there are some grooves left in the bedroom carpet by some piece of equipment. After several weeks and several vaccuum runs, some are still slightly visible.
