Carpets are not clean.

The carpets seem dirtier than before Chem-dry came. It took several days for the carpets to dry.

We contacted the customer to find out what happened and to offer to come out and redo the job. Customer made the appointment. The day before the redo was scheduled, customer cancelled redo and didn't want to reschedule.
