Over all professional young man who seemed to know what he was doing.

There is a but. Even though I should have thought of it at the time, I wish the technician had had and offered to get into the exposed corners in our granddaughters room and had the equipment to do it. For the amount paid and only moving one big piece of furniture he could have swept up the dirt
that I didn't know was there even if I should have, All other furniture left in rooms either didn't have to be moved or was on wheels or I still move them myself, if I can do it at 71 a 20 year old should be able to without cost,.
I had a coupon but was told to use the coupon I couldn't have any of the extras which I willing paid for, but why couldn't the three room coupon be used as discount for the 400 plus? Not good business in my book.

Chem-Dry does offer a wall to wall carpet cleaning that will allow them to move the furniture for you. However, the coupons for the 3 room special are only for major traffic areas such as the areas surrounding the furniture. I am sorry that this was not explained better to you. We will see that we take more time in the future to inform our technicians of the importance of 100 understanding between themselves and their customers.
