I was quoted a price over the phone but when the job was finished I ended up paying 35 dollars more than the quoted price. There was a 10 dollar "truck" charge that they have to charge everyone just to come to your house. Shouldn't that be included in the quote and not an add on?

Any of our estimates over the phone are considered "rough" estimates because there is no way for our CSR's to determine the exact sizes of your carpet or the condition it is in. Our prices have not increased in 8 years, unfortunately, gas has. Therefore, we charge a $10 truck charge to offset the price of the gas. This charge in no way completely covers the gas we are spending, however it does help. Every company that uses a company vehicle charges some type of truck or vehicle fee, whether they choose to hide it is up to them, we choose to allow our customers to see this charge and attempt to inform them of it over the phone prior to their appointment.
