Overall excellent!!
The punctuality was amazing!! I was given the time frame of 11-2 and at 10:00 I received a phone call that the technician was 20 minutes away. Amazing!! He was very polite and answered my questions. Our dog had a few accidents on the carpet and he was able to treat those and get the smell out of there. We will continue to use Chem-Dry. We bought our house in 2005 and the previous owners had used ChemDry since they had lived there. We have continued that tradition. Thanks!!
