First of all my service rep,Brandon, was professional,explained procedure well and very POLITE and courteous. I do think your rates are above the normal fee for most carpet cleaning companies. The bedroom didn't have any furniture to be moved and I had moved most of furniture in living area. Total cleaning in bedroom was less than living area. If I use your company again it will be because of Brandon.
When I called the first time the person that answered wanted to know how I got that number and informed me they do not service in my area but never offered a number.
