Disappointed in over all service. Did not see much of an improvement in my carpet. Said they would be done in an hour. Came back within the hour and he was gone. Carpet cleaner was pleasant and on time. Did not put down any blocks or protection for wood furniture. Reasonable cost. Price may have reflected the quality of work.
