i explained to him that i was not happy with the last cleaning and what i needed out of this cleaning. he was amazing. he was detailed alone baseboards, took out all stains and took his time doing the rooms and stairs. he was very very nice and explained care of the carpet form future reference. the price was very good and well worth the money. i have been with Keven Jones for nearly 20 years at 3 different houses. always i have known that a good job will be done and have always been pleased (apart from the one time last year).
