I have used Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones for years and have recommended to several of my friends. Just recently had my main living area cleaned and was a bit disappointed of the results. For the first time I had to ask that an area be redone as I could still see "shadows" , never had I felt I had to do this before. The service man was very polite, and was professional through the whole service call. I just was not as happy with the look of my carpets when he was done.
