I have used Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones for many years and the service is always very good. I have 5 cats and my carpets are quite old and stained so I don't expect miracles. However, each time I get them cleaned they are quite presentable and the technician has done all that is possible to get them as clean as possible. I will continue to use this service as long as they continue to provide me with carpets as clean as the process will permit.
