Thought the technician was excellent and personable;removed all the many stains
My only disappointment was how long it took to dry--2-3 days. I understand a very deep cleaning was required due to pet stains, my having recently acquired a shelter dog that was on Lasix and needed to urinate every hour or so. Still, that seemed a long drying time. Other than that, great job! Thanks!
