I called Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones early in the business day with a crazy request: 'Same Day?' Man, did they come through. We were coming home from hospital with new baby, and had messy carpet left behind. ugh. Kevin Jones was at the house that afternoon, very professional and totally thorough. Absolutely would use again. They rock!
