My daughter noticed that an outlet was hot when she plugged in her laptop, even though nothing was plugged in to that outlet at the time. I called Dan Rockhill the next day. Even though he is super busy, Dan came up to Woodland Park that afternoon to check the outlet, along with all of the outlets on that breaker. He found that the hot outlet and another had both been burned. He replaced all of the outlets in our living room, rewiring them to be safer, and putting our minds at ease that we won’t end up with an electrical fire. Thank you, Dan!
