being in it as a ministry, his rates are insane. $140 for the first hour and $93 an hour after that. And that is for his apprentice!! Imagine what he might charge if he were actually doing the work! It's like having your dentist charge $150 per hour for his hygeinist to clean your teeth!

I'm not saying he isn't good, I am just saying that he doesn't tell you up front what things will cost and his rates are out of sight if he thinks you have money. Beware ... Whatever you do with him get a hard bid/estimate up front!!!
