We hired IntuitSolutions to build our customized Bigcommerce store from the ground up. We had no previous design, no experience with Bigcommerce, and really no experience with a storefront. We had been selling through the online marketplaces for years and decided it was time to start promoting our brand and driving traffic to our own site.

Not having any previous store experience was definitely a challenge for us because we had no idea what we would be required to provide as far as content and inventory were concerned. Intuit laid out a full project timeline and worked with us to iron out these details. They were patient and extremely thorough in explaining even the most basic fundamentals of putting the storefront together. Our project did run longer than scheduled but some of that was due to design and functionality changes.

I'd really like to thank Lu for his design work and his patience while working through the many characteristics pertaining to the look and feel of our custom site. Spending this additional time during the design phase meant that all of the particulars were ironed out early on and we could spend the later half of the project building and coding. He was enthusiastic and diligent and not at all bothered by our questions.

I have to admit, I was worried that the project was too far over schedule and it seemed that the team was ready to bail out and leave us hanging to launch this store on our own. That never happened. In fact, Eric stepped in and responded in detail to every question and concern we had. He made sure that all revisions met our approval before being closed out and he was available day and night.

I'd like to point out that the design and development of a storefront is only 1/2 of the project. There is a lot involved with loading inventory and actually launching the store with a Google Analytics integration. Intuit was there every step of the way and made sure that our store launched professionally right down to our first orders.
