This was the second time Mario cleaned our carper and we had hime clean our couch and love seat as well. He professionally explained how he was going to perform the job. He worked very methodically and thoroughly cleaned everything. Our carpet and furniture look new again. Mario is a public relations ambassador for your company. I specifically requested him to come again this year and will do so again for next years service.

This is just a note to improve the total service experience. The only thing that I will recommend is that at the time payment information is being documented by the service representative mailing address should be asked for. I receive my mail at a PO Box which has a different Zip Code from my residence address. As a consequence when my credit card was run, the residence Zip Code was entered which caused a rejection notice. The complicated story simplified was my card was billed twice. This matter is being resolved and I am not angry.
