David provided the BEST customer services ever, he was very knowledgeable with his products and the process of "how to clean carpet with best chemicals" I was amazed on his professionalism and well-groomed appearance. I first intended to do living room, hallway, bedroom and rug, by the time we were done, I had done the entire house adding two more bedrooms and an additional rug.
