Didn't fulfill promise

I scheduled them to clean and stretch my carpets, which they told me they do. When Jeff came to our new house to do it, he cleaned them well but said he couldn't stretch them because we had floor vents. I needed this done before we move our stuff in 3 days, aND now I'm scrambling because they didn't do what they said they were going to do.

It was a more complicated situation than we were prepared to do properly. We would much rather not do work than not do it properly. As you can imagine every situation is different and we are unaware of obstacles such as wood trim that you had until we arrive and assess the situation.
