I have had the same experience using Chem Dry with our rental property. Our technicians arrived on time and did a great job. Our unit was empty for only a few days so timing was important to me. The previous tenant lived there for two years and the carpets needed cleaning. The dirt was gone and it took only a few hours for the carpets to dry. Pleased with the results and will use them again.
