The technician called ahead as agreed on. He arrived and introduced himself congenially. (Adrian, I believe though I can't remember and can't read his small writing on the final bill that I signed). He scrubbed the identified areas and put protection on them. We have white rugs and they cleaned up absolutely remarkably well by his service. I am more than pleased. I would recommend him and the Cleaning by Millers to anyone!!! Lindy
